Upon arriving at the chalet you are welcomed from the garden grounds into a formal entry area. On this level is double garage, ski drying and ski maintenance room, and a totally separate but adjoining nanny flat. This flat is not included in any tariffs quoted but is available if required to extend your accommodation requirements to five bedrooms.

The stairs upwards bring you to the lounge / living/ entertainment room featured by its vaulted ceiling and a grand stone fireplace along with surround sound hi fi system. Off this room is a 9 metre deck which captures the early morning sun from first light.

The lounge/entertaining room is of extreme size and large enough to be divided into two area's, the fireplace and a second space for conversation and TV which has satellite Austar and a video player.

A separate mezzanine level has a dining table seating for 10 people which is at comfortable distance from the brand new stainless steel gourmet kitchen featuring every modern convenience with spacious preparation area. This level has a guest bathroom.

The dining room opens up onto a second large balcony facing the west which is devoured in sunshine nearly all day. This is a sensational outside entertaining area with heated spa bath sunk into the deck with BBQ and table seating for 8.
